Major Function:
The Senior Sales and Reservations Executive will be responsible for the successful management of sales activity and overall customer experience for our highly engaged customer base! Managing a high volume of interactions, you will support customers in purchasing holiday offers for Maldives, helping them to create an incredible travel experience with Viluxur Holidays
General Operations
Make quotations for FIT and Groups inquiries.
Check resort availability.
Communication of info for agents and resorts.
Provide support and assistance ensuring that all travel requirements are handled efficiently.
Proactive meetings, calls and contacting to agents to maintain good relationships and increase production.
Achieve designed revenue targets.
Maintain excellent relations with agents and resorts.
Attend to customer travel/room reservation enquiries received through emails, messengers & phone calls.
Attend to any request from client any time including weekends by whatsapp or phone call.
Coordinate with partner resorts/hotels for reservations, confirm & manage bookings (sales) and coordinate payments for confirmed bookings.
All other tasks as assigned by Management

- Maintains a high standard of appearance and grooming at all times
- Apply and adhere to rules and regulations, departmental and company’s policies and procedure
- Handles any guests / travel agent complain in a professional manner
- Practices proper telephone and email etiquette with co-employees and Resorts’ guests
- Ensures all activities are carried out honestly, ethically and within the parameters as per company policies and procedures.
Health and Safety
- Maintains highest level of personal hygiene at all times
- To ensure that company and statutory hygiene standards are maintained in all work areas
- To be fully aware about all health and safety, fire and emergency procedures
- Responsible to report any potential hazardous situations within the work place

Job Qualifications and competencies
- Personable, approachable and professional and love helping customers to find the perfect luxury holiday.
- Ability to converse in English language if required.
- Flexible with your availability; we run a 24/7 operation, so you will be asked to work weekends/evenings!
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, pay close attention to detail and extremely passionate about customer sales.
- Expert in phone and email customer service, and experience in the travel industry is a plus!
- Driven to succeed, enjoys a challenge and working to achieve goals
- Knowledgeable in: Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, ETOS (for VH), Travel Sys (for OV)
- Fluent in English (verbal, written, reading and listening), additional languages preferred
- Strong communication and strong customer service skills
- Friendly, professional and with welcoming manner
